For Ackermann GmbH this year’s EuroShop, the world’s largest shopfittings trade fair, was especially successful. At the fair we introduced STRUCTURA®, our new, patent-pending stamping technology for solid surface materials: This innovative technology creates seamlessly custom-designed structured surfaces efficiently and accurately – making complex milling technology nonessential. STRUCTURA® harmoniously intertwines unique design potential with effective functionality. The jury of the AIT Innovation Award was duly impressed and convinced.

For the sixth time the architecture magazine AIT, in collaboration with the trade fair in Düsseldorf, presented the Innovation Award Architecture + Presentation. This year’s recipients included (interior) architects, designers and also manufacturers of innovative materials and products for booth construction and shopfittings who, in a very special way, transform the architects’ visions..
We are very pleased that our stamping technology STRUCTURA® has received this year’s AIT Innovation Award. Five renowned jury members from Architecture and Interior Design commended the innovation of the machining process for our stamping technology as exemplified by the well-known HiMacs product. They especially praised our conceptual solution regarding design and functionality. We accepted this award of recognition presented to us at the awards ceremony during the EuroShop with gratitude and also a little bit proud of our accomplishment.
